Come to Camp and experience the spirit and magic of Boggy Creek. Parents and guardians can relax and find the support they need among other families dealing with similar challenges. Siblings can participate in all of the fun, hosted by our volunteers and staff.

During Family Retreat Weekends, we will offer campers and their families time to connect away from home and participate in some favorite Boggy Creek traditions, including cheering, singing, dancing, trying new things, and sharing kindness.  Families will be able to choose their own adventure by participating in activities such as boating and fishing, archery, woodshop, miniature golf, and relaxing on the dining hall porch.

Families are paired with volunteer pals who act as hosts for the fun—greeting families upon arrival, showing them around Camp, hosting families at activity areas, playing with the children, helping families with any needs that arise, and generally helping families have the best experience possible.

Let’s get the process started. Next time you are at your child’s specialist, please have them complete the specific medical diagnosis forms below and return them, along with a copy of the most recent progress notes, via fax to 352-306-0674 or email to camperrecruiter@campboggycreek.org. Please note: medical records are good for one year. You can find the specific medical form you need here. We currently accept children ages 5-17 for our Weekend Retreats.
