Functioning as a senior member of the Development team, the strategy, planning, and execution of Camp Boggy Creek’s fundraising events and points-of-entry experiences are led by the Senior Manager in support of the organization’s mission. Event-based revenue generation, donor and sponsor stewardship, and the professional, on-brand execution of events aligned with overall fundraising goals are the responsibilities of this role.

The Senior Manager oversees all phases of event development, including planning, peer-to-peer fundraising, volunteer engagement, corporate sponsorship fulfillment, and logistics, while working collaboratively across departments to ensure organizational alignment and strong internal partnerships. This position plays a key leadership role in advancing donor engagement through events, contributes to broader development initiatives as needed, and supervises event support staff or interns during designated periods.
