Program Associate - Activities
The primary responsibility of the Program Associate - Activities is to be directly responsible for spearheading and managing all activity areas as they interface with camp programs. Additionally, to assist in the management of camp programming; including but not limited to recruitment and training of seasonal staff and volunteers; compliance with camping policies, standards, and regulations both internal and external; assist with the coordination and implementation of safe and intentional camp programming for children with special medical care needs.
Program Associate - Staff Recruitment & Development
The primary responsibility of the Program Associate – Staff Recruitment & Development is to be directly responsible for spearheading seasonal staff recruitment and for managing program logistics as they interface with the camp programs. Additionally, to assist in the management of camp programming; including but not limited to training of seasonal staff and volunteers; compliance with camping policies, standards, and regulations both internal and external; assist with the coordination and implementation of safe and intentional camp programming for children with special medical care needs.
Camper Admissions Assistant
The Camper Admissions Assistant main responsibility is the recruitment and placement of campers with special medical care needs, and to ensure the smooth functioning of the admissions process and arrival/departure processes for camp sessions. The Camper Admissions Assistant will work closely with the Director of Nursing and the Camper Admissions Coordinator.
Lead Accountant
The Lead Accountant is responsible for overseeing the accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, local, state, federal regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
