Camp Boggy Creek has an extensive multi-step application process to ensure that all of your child’s needs are met at camp. In order for your child’s application to be reviewed you will need to complete and submit the following:
Complete the Online Camper Application. If you do not have access to the Online Application, please contact your Camper Recruiter to mail you an application. After you have completed the online application you will immediately receive an email with the following:
*If you do not immediately receive an email, then you haven’t completed the online application.
Have your child’s specialist complete and sign the Camp Medical Form and the Disease Specific Medical Form. Return the signed forms to us.
Steps 1 – 2 must be completed entirely before your child’s application can be reviewed.
You will be notified by Camp Boggy Creek of your child’s acceptance status by the timeline listed in the camp schedule. Please remember, even though we try to accommodate every child who applies, a submitted application or an online application reservation acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. Your Doctor, Nurse or Foundation cannot promise acceptance. Applications are not accepted on a first come first serve basis, we encourage you to apply past deadlines.
*Summer Camp is for the child with the diagnosis only.
*Family Weekends are for only the immediate family who live at your residence. We do ask if you have adult children living with that have their own family, you don’t include them or any extended relatives that may be living with you. Campers should be between the ages of 5 and 16 and siblings can be of any age. Only one parent is required to come with the child.
Completed application materials may be sent via mail, email or fax. Please feel free to contact our medical team if you have any questions:Camp Boggy Creek
