Thanks to the generosity of Echo Chainsaw's carving team, and Florida Outdoor equipment. During Bike Week the master carvers from Echo-USA came to Florida to create beautiful works of art from wood, all in the name of our campers. Performer and Camp Boggy Creek friend, Joey Fatone will host an evening at Universal Studios Sound Stage 33 with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Camp Boggy Creek. The night includes a live and silent auction, special pieces partially created by Camp Boggy Creek campers, and entertainment by Taylor Dayne. Join the 5th annual sailfish challenge in one of South Florida's most prestigious sailfish tournaments. Compete along with other elite anglers for $125,000 in cash -- including a $100,000 guaranteed first place cash prize, a $15,000 second place cash prize and a $10,000 third place cash prize. Three days of hard-fought fishing will be complemented by three evenings of fabulous food, drinks, fun and entertainment. Scheduled highlights include a free concert overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Key West, gourmet meals and VIP parties. Racing driver Jen Crossman and her team at crossmanmotorsports.com has made it their goal to help the campers at Boggy. Jen, who is 18, spent 10 years as a Girl Scout and is now organizing the efforts to help children who can't go to camp anywhere else. June 24th, the generous motor cycle enthusiast from the area will be bringing items on the camp's "Needs List" to Jen at O'Malley's Pub, 2727 SE Morningside Blvd in Port St. Lucie from 2pm - 5pm. Celebrating their 5 year anniversary this year, South East Distance Riders will take to the woods in the Boggy Creek 27. That means over 100 generous supporters of the Camp and our mission will ride through the Seminole State forest on November 10th and 11th. During the weekend event there will be a delicious covered dish meal prepared by all the participants and wonderful raffle items given out. Thanks to everyone at SEDRA for their dedicated support.
